I was fortunate to find Steven (Steve to me) as I started to look at homes. My wife and I were living in Elk Grove and knew it was time to leave the area when the Sheriffs were out in our area several times to break up parties but not go to the drug home and stop the guy from selling. The thought of two home mortgages was not what she really wanted to do. We looked at homes in several areas and I found one that hit the MLS one particular day. He met us there and we toured the house with him. When we walked in we found the house to be what we wanted. We also found several other Realtor® cards on the counter. Steve said we should go down the street and talk over our options. He was very clear that others were looking and we should hit this one hard if we really wanted. We ran into him later that night at a local restaurant as we went out to dinner and he was working already with his Mortgage broker to put a finance package for us. He negotiated the closing for us and started marketing our other house. We closed on the new house and put in our pond and moved. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Now the real stress hit as we started to sell our old house. It took a little bit of time but he marketed it well, when we didn't get any offers right away he had the tough discussion about dropping the price a little and we agreed. It sold the next week with multiple offers that he guided us through and we picked the one that best fit us. You would think I would be done now but you are wrong. Steve has gone above and beyond since the sale. I have had contact with him over the years when I want to get things done in the house as he knows other businesses that are great to work with. If I need anything for my house I know I can contact Steve and he will respond to me and help me with wonderful guidance. The way he treated my wife and I has made him feel like he is family. I know if I ever want to sell my house and purchase another one I know I will call him again. I would refer anyone I know that is looking for a home to him in a minute.
